Prostitution Boom with F1 in Singapore People’s Park Complex Chinatown

I wrote to the Tourism board of Singapore and PM and some MPs on July 17th 2009, regarding me being treated as Prostitute from China by the DuYi bookshop’s staff and other “behaved as books browsers” situated in the People’s Park Complex of Singapore Chinatown on 16th July 2009. I received a reply as the case was referred to CID and will get back to me soon. After that reply nothing else was “heard” or received thereafter other than weeks ago the Channel 8 had a documentary on the same issue. Last Friday I was at the same People’s Park Complex as my mother wants to get some currencies exchanges. Before I managed to join the queue where there were three others in the queue before me, a woman of Chinese nationality sneaked in just to be ahead of me in the queue. In less than a minute she asked the man in front of her if he wants China currency, the man replied as he is not interested. Then she asked me the same question my reply was I am going for Vietnam currency. Later two elderly men came to queue behind me, one elderly is partially blind. I have the usual thought of give my place to the elderly when I saw the China woman was “eyeing” at the elderly uncle in the kind of pitiful looks. Then I gave my gracious act a miss for this time as I “sensed” that the woman is after the elderly and the elderly uncle looks decent and seem to be a regular customer of the money changer. The China Woman tried to make her way to my back but was stopped by me. Till her turn for the service she plainly asked the market rate of the China Currency and claims it too low and asked about rate of US dollars. She refused to get off the queue when it was my turn. Then It was the elderly uncle, the money changer tells the uncle loud and clear to keep the money probably before he leave the service counter. At this moment I done with my service but was quite near to the elderly man when suddenly another three china nationals, two women and a man appears from nowhere and stand close to the elderly man. They started to ask the elderly man the same “old” question, “how much is the Reminbi?”, there are four of them including the woman who had been asking the question before the trio appears. They started to crowd around the elderly when the elderly replied “I don’t know you many ask the counter staff.” I moved near closed to the elderly and stared hard at them till the elderly moves off before I went back to my mother. Two hours later we went to the Chinatown Complex to buy dinner did I saw the same women now with two customers, obviously she is a prostitute. After her I saw the same man who joined her with the two women. He pimps out for customers for his downline prostitutes.

So, how did they work or the China Prostitution Organization works?

Signals: a person who may be a local or maybe “imported talent” who dress like normal shopper in Chinatown will strike signal like giving a clap or a loud and coarse cough which sounds like a TB or H1N1 infected. Signals may be staffs from nearby shops like the staff from the DuYi bookshop, or stalls or “eaters” at the nearby eatery.

Commandos: the prostitutes and pimps, after signal received they will “join” into any crowds or queues “Marked” by the Signalman. They will try to strike as soon as they get your attention. If it is in a money changer queue they will ask for rates of Renminbi with more than half of the fake Renminbi notes, but many old men and blurred will be fooled by the extremely high rates given. If the old man is a lecher like those who prompted me for sex service on 16th July, they will get Renminbi from her or ask for their other service. After being rejected a group with more than enough people to outbid you in number will appear from nowhere and you have nowhere to ‘Take Cover”. Some will follow you to nearby MRT station or bus-stop.

Guards: “Shop” around you can “see” more than ten Guards in an area of smaller than two five-rooms flat, some with Tattoos big enough to wrap you up. They are the ones who will follow you if you are the “Target” but resisted any of offered services.

Combat Engineers: When Guards could not match the Target or their “Plan A” looks like most failed; Combat Engineers will make speedy advancement to “join” the bridge gap or clear the “minefield”. Notes: The “Land Mines” could be anything or anyone like MaTa (policemen).

Special Operations Task Force: When Combat Engineers can’t meets the ends or over powered or any of the members “taken” and need to be bailed or any other out of their “Professionalism”, Special Operations Task Force will take on, they are also members of the mastermind team.

PS: one thing I don’t understand is the Police Cantonment Complex is only two bus-stops away and why is the Prostitution or Sex Trade Industry’s performance is BETTER than EXPECTED?
