Temasek Holdings Plan To Release 600 million Worth Bond

Temasek Holdings plans to raise 600 million Singapore dollars (433 million US) from new 10-year bond offerings.

As I expected but I will not be one of the investor as I can munch more than the promised returns with the same amount of money if I am mine own Investing Advisor.
When to invest in bonds?
When the promised return yield is higher than 10% on the basic investing sum.
I invested with my last less than 2.6k. later mum jump in a grand later after seeing me still able to rest at home without working and then one more grand recently, now the money is still I should say struck as I bought a singtel lot at 3.15 by cash and 2 lots at $2.98 with cpf and today is only worth $2.96. but after I bought for the fifth day, singtel announce CD term. So I have to hang on till CD. Why I bought at $3.15?
Coz I “see” $3.35 on my laptop screen so I bid on.
*When I “see” means I see it appear infront of me. Like I “see” my younger brother W’s half body infront of me when I was doing facial. And I see the man fell down from my block. That is what I mean by I “see”.
Coz I can “see” what others can’t see.
