Halo Mr or Ms Lee

I think there is an internet user in 60 Teban Gardens whose log in server username is Lee. I think we “八字不对”, whenever Lee is online mine wireless cannot hook on to my brother’s router. Base on my check Lee’s log in, Lee is either always not home or Lee is on shift work. That is so lucky else I will knock on Lee’s door and we 坐下来, 吃个包子, 慢慢谈. But how to detect Lee’s housing apartment? There are two ways:
1. I buy the chinese feng shui compass then slowly level by level till the pointer shatter like 发羊颠. Ah… that must be that one.
2. Use Chinese calligraphy paper, 宣纸, with 株砂墨 I write :
Dear, Dearer, Dearest, Internet User Ms/Mr Lee,
When you are going online please kindly inform level 18 user CXXX. She will be very pleased so she can do arts and crafts instead of trying hard and very extremely hard to Hook On : )
