Swollen Middle Finger Still Pain

My middle finger is still pain till today, is it Gout? I can hear creaking and jerking sounds. Still pain in the night. Fro the past few night, I mean for a week, I either have eye twitch or sudden rapid heartbeat. According to the chinese ancient interpretations it means an opposite guy is thinking of me, this had been for more than weeks, last 2 months not so frequent but now it is every midnight. Last night I had the rapid heartbeat that I couldn’t breathe I thought I was dying soon, I look at the table it says someone of opposite sex is missing and thinking badly of me again. If that is true then why don’t come to my house or call me on my handphone, or buy me a big hello kitty, if wear kimono better, or buy me… I want… I want… I want… I had yet to think of, like that make me die then happy lah! Or want me to take increase dosage of Amitriptyline and Propranolol???
